Energy Bites

These energy bites were inspired by a recipe on Pinterest*. I got tired of interrupting the flow of my creativity to eat EVEN WITH meals that I had already meal prepped! It's nice to have a little bite of something in between sessions until you can get to a stopping point with work. It is a dump, mix and roll recipe. These almost taste like raw cookie dough. They are delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/3 agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup any nut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup flaky coconut
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

Literally dump all ingredients into a large bowl.
