Simple Chicken Breasts, Basmati & Green Beans

Basmati: 1-1/2 cups rinsed, 3 cups organic chicken broth, 1 tsp garlic, 1-1/4 tsp kosher salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low simmer for 20 minutes, then fluff. Makes perfect basmati every time.

Green Beans:Add to boiling kosher salted water until bright green (approx. 2 min), then stirfy them in a super hot cast iron skillet for approx 1 minute. While you do that, add olive oil, salt, pepper & olive oil to taste.

Grilled Chicken Breasts: Rinsed and patted super dry, then spray with coconut oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Set up coals on one side of the grill, sear both sides of the chicken, then move to non-coal side of the grill and let cook for 5 minutes (until mostly cooked). Add your favorite bbq sauce (I use Trader Joe's Bold and Smoky Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce). Add the BBQ sauce and let cook for 5 min. Turn and cook for 5 min more.
